Oates & Company, LLC is an organization of professionals specializing in the sales, implementation, training, and support of accounting, distribution, manufacturing and Customer Relationship Management software solutions. Founded in 1988, the company now employs 12 people from our corporate headquarters in Greensboro, North Carolina. Our solutions are based on the Sage Software product family, including Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, Sage MAS 500, Sage Abra HRMS, Sage CRM, Sage CRM SalesLogix, ACT! by Sage, Sage Payroll Services, and Sage FAS Fixed Assets. Additionally we carry complementary products such as KnowledgeSync alert messaging, SpreadSheet Server add-in for Excel, ASG Cypress content manager, and JobOps custom manufacturing solution. We service clients primarily in the emerging business market of the Carolinas, Western Virginia and Tennessee. We also service international clients with locations in South Africa, Malaysia, Europe, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
