On November 11, 2009 we contracted with Nu Flow to epoxy reline some leaking pipes in our bathroom. During this repair the plumber caught our home on fire while welding some pipes. This fire destroyed our home and our neighbors home. We were reimbursed the maximum amount by our insurance company but our losses exceeded that amount so we filed a claim with NuFlow. After 4 years of seeking to obtain the funds, we received far less than what we lost both in personal property and the value of our home.
