I am totally unhappy with the buying rules. No returns, no exchanges, no money back. You should have at least exchanges. I bought a t.v. at the Gratiot store, turned it on, worked great for 20 minutes then kept shutting off every 20 minutes after that. No wonder it wasn't on like the one next to it. That's a great way to make money off items that don't work. It discuss me to think that business rape you and get away with it. Won't shop there AGAIN. Learned my lesson. And because a wrong was not put right I will not hesitate to tell everyone what happened.
