I despise this salon!! They are snooty and have horrible customer service. The words "Walk-Ins Welcome" are lettered on their front door, yet every time I have gone in there without an appointment they have not been able to provide me service. They try to come off as exclusive, but I think that it is a ruse for only keeping minimal employees on staff when they have "clients" scheduled. This does not allow them to accommodate walk-ins as advertised. Even when I have made an appointment I have been very dissatisfied. Today was the final straw when I tried t
