I am AD military and I had to reschedule an appt due to military duty. When I tried to call ahead of time and reschedule the first excuse I got was our computer is down. The second was that I just needed to call TRICARE and have it sent somewhere else. This office refused to take the TRICARE Referral. I guess they have to much business. TRICARE was more than accomidating. If you need this type of a service do your homework!
