I recently found a set of candlesticks at Ross's and due to the fact that they were so delicate I took them to the customer service desk for them to hold for me until I completed my shopping. 15 minutes later I was told by the manager that she thought I wasn't buying them so she sold them to someone else! 15 minutes and thought I wasn't buying them, ridiculous! I won't be back!
