If you are trying to get expensive items cleaned CHELSEA LAUNDROMAT STEALS. This has happened to us 3 TIMES! The first time, my delicates went missing. Another time, my mother's pillowcases. My mistake was thinking there is no way anyone could steal laundry. My Mom's mistake was not checking her laundry bag when it first came to the house.
