Review
When we picked up our cats after vacation they smelled of feces and urine. They acted very strange, like they had been traumatized. They still aren't the same. The food bag we left for them was at a level that indicated they were not fed free choice like we instructed when we dropped them off. The staff seemed clearly overwhelmed. We will definitely make a different choice next year.
