During the month of Feb, 2009 Manlius Jewelry and Repair recieved on two seperate occasions jewelry that they paid $2590.00 in their regular course of business. Within 9 days from the first transaction and 3 days from the second transaction they discovered that the jewelry was stolen. They then returned the jewelry back to the person who stole it. Unfortunately Manlius Jewelry had already sent most of the jewelry to a smelter. The theif then returned to Manlius Jewelry $1760.00 in both cash and check that they recieved for the jewelry.
