Review
Top Nail has a new owner. They are the worst couple of owner i have ever seen. They lady who was there for 7 years, the best nail technician in that place, was fired by them because they want to take all of her customers. They take forever to do my nails, and the result isnt even pretty looking. I highly dont recommend this place, go somewhere else so your money wont be wasted. They dont even turn on the AC!!
