The wait people are there when you sit down and take your drink order. They also bring a complimentary tray of tortilla chips and salsa. The place is neat and orderly. All staff are clean looking and courteous. The food order arrives good and hot and professionately arranged. The quality of the food is great, and on a Friday evening the place is crowded, but the service is still faster than many of the other local restaurants. The owners are ever checking on quality of food and service. They know many of us by name and do not hesitate to greet us personally when we are bein
