They will sound very friendly when you are visiting for the first time. The rates they would offer are not competitive at all. Do some research before going to them. Make sure to read all the documents you sign here. They may not tell you everything verbally. (They would say something like -'I want your initials here, here and here'.) Later, you might here 'You signed that document and you should read documents before signing them.' From my personal experience, I would NOT recommend this to a friend.
