My husband and I came to the Tile Shop looking for help. What we got was an arrogant attitude! The man at the desk looked at our samples and said there was nothing there that we could use. Here we are, looking for help, willing to buy and that person was apparently more interested in a game on the computer! On to Lowe's where the help is friendly and helpful. If you are not spending big bucks on granite and travertine, which I already did in my kitchen, the Tile Shop is not interested in you. won't be back again- I'll go to Chicago first.
