I was quoted a range for a spring on the phone ($30-$50) and $70 for a service call. They didn't have the spring I needed on their truck. I ended up calling a week later, to find out when he would be back. They came back and installed, then billed me for 2 service visits, which they then claimed was $85 each! Not my fault they didn't have the one I needed on their truck... Now they are threatening to take me to court because I won't pay the second service call charge. Piss-poor communication from them, and double-billing... that's one company I will stay far away fr
