The Glen Ellyn Tailor Shop provides horrible customer service. The band that runs this place is completely unreliable. I brought in 3 pairs of my son's pants to be hemmed that were needed for graduation and convocation. They said they would be ready in a week. A week later I came back and they were not ready. One of the pairs was not even in the shop. They said to come back tomorrow. I said that this was not acceptable as I followed their schedule and did not come in asking for them to be ready before the agreed upon date. The girl at the counter said, "What
