I would like to start off by saying that I definitely have the right store...I took my dog, a Maltese, to get groomed here once before and they did a good job...HOWEVER, the next time I took her to get groomed I took her in for a "TRIM" and they completely shaved my dog to where you can see her pink skin. The groomer also nicked her pretty bad under the right front leg. The ladies there tried to tell me that her undercoat was so matted that she HAD to shave it. I refuse to believe this because Maltese have NO undercoat!! Her matted spots have never been that b
