My mother purchased a convertible Volkswagen Bug from this dealership 2 1/2 years ago. She has had nothing but problems and she purchased the extended warranty on it however Prater has refused to do any work on the vehicle. After all the problems she decided to try and trade in last November and be done with it, when she tried she was so shocked at a what a Toyota sales man told her, they could not take her car as a trade as it has a LEMON TITLE! This was the FIRST time my Mom had ever heard about this. BY LAW if a dealer attempts to sale a vehicle that has been classified
