Don Bates Insurance at 2407 W Colorado in Colorado Springs is the worst. They underwrite for Hartford Insurance. Don Bates offers the worst people and the worst service I have even seen. They care more about their business relationships then their client relationships. Here are my first hand experiences: After some home damage I called to get SERVPRO out to clean up after the initial cleanup I preformed due to their inability to simply tell me when they were able to make it out to my home. Still I had only spoken to Angie, the assigned Hartford/Don Bates Insurance
