Like most propane companies, you need to make sure you use enough propane or be punished with a "rental fee" for their tank. This company, however, is vague in letting you know ahead of time that you have not purchased enough fuel in a given year. Then, when you call to get the delivery that will be your salvation, they say they cannot possibly make delivery before your deadline date (remember, the one they were vague about in their notice?)
