Don%u2019t be fooled. The new executive director that began in 2013 is a dictator and forces residents to do what she wants. She won%u2019t allow music playing and singing in the front area because it%u2019s too loud and she can hear it from her office. That%u2019s only one of her many selfish rules. The residents seem afraid to enjoy themselves. She and her staff pressure the residents to use a specific home health agency. Most likely because she is getting a fat check from the home health agency. The new head nurse needs a better attitude. I tried to complain to her boss%
