Review
No trains are ever tested and if you buy a train that does not work they take it in the back and then say "You Cooked the train" which you will not get a refund but will get a store credit. Forget about calling CharlesRO as the owner himself hung up on me 3 times. I have personally contacted the BBB and the office of the Attorney General Martha Coakley. Good luck in dealing with these clowns!
