Was a regular customer, they did not tell me during an oil change they stripped the threads on my oil pan during the oil change. They put in a temporary $3.75 rubber plug in place of the bolt that is taken out to drain the oil during an oil change. About 45 miles later the rubber plug blows out and while driving the oil drains completely out and seizes the engine. (Engine completely destroyed). Ole' Ron would not want to take care of business himself so his insurance company paid for a replacement engine I had to get replaced elsewhere.
