My father's old floor furnace stopped working last spring, so, for a $160 service fee, he called Russell's to repair it. The technician was polite and seemed knowledgable. He told my 74 year old father that the furnace was too old and obsolete and the company no longer made parts for it. He said his company would need to cut out the wall and install a new wall furnace for $2150. Well, summer was around the corner, so on the advice of a friend I told my dad we would shop around before we agreed to anything. good thing too, because we found another company
