Act 1 Personnel Services, located at 801 J Street, in Sacramento, CA, should close their doors for all that they do for qualified people who are looking for employment. I walked my resume in to their offices on J Street, as advised by the receptionist almost 3 months ago. She gave me a business card with a Ted Sessions name on it. After all this time, I decided to call into the office yesterday and asked to speak with him, because I found out that another representative in that same office was interviewing people with my same talents for positions with A.T.&T.
