TERRIBLE customer service!! The manager "LU" lost my receipt after I paid my bill, and my service was turned off for non-payment. When I had to go into the location, and tried to resolve the issue BY SHOWING MY RECEIPT to him, he argued with me for 20min and then called the police on ME!! I was told to go to another location to have my service restored after 4 days even though I could prove I had made my payment!!! Not to mention the phone I had purchased the day I paid my bill was defective an had to be replaced...Don't waste your time or money here!!!!
