I was recommended to go to Kathy here. I forgot who to see and didn't go to her. I was in a hurry and my hair was just unmanageable. I called and got in no a spur of the moment. I felt like the hairstylist who did my hair wasn't even looking at my head. She asked what I wanted and was cutting before I knew it. You know the feeling that you know this is going to be bad - but do you stop halfway through or finish?? That is what I was thinking. I wish I had stopped halfway through! She tried to style my hair before I left - but she couldn't even do it! I feel awful wr
