I gave them two stars because PetSmart doesn't own Baneful. Took my dog in for an examination and after they gave me an extimate of over $400, I decided not to have anything done. They still charged me for a heartworm test that I know I didn't authorize. Be very careful and very specific if you take your pet to PetSmart for vet service.
