I have been a Notary for over 4 years. I am also a licensed Full-Time Real Estate Agent and Broker. I offer full signing services to Lenders, Title and Escrow Companies, Signing Agencies and the general public. I am a Certified Loan Signing Agent and I specialize in providing loan signing documentation and notary services. I’ve done several hundred loan signings for various lenders and title companies within Hollister, Gilroy, Morgan Hill and San Jose area. I am very familiar with loan and escrow documentation. I have notarized First and Second loans, HELOC’S, affidavits, Deeds and Quit Claims. I take the time to make sure all documents are signed and notarized properly the first time. My rates are competitive and I will do everything possible to accommodate your client’s schedule. I am always on time to my appointments and present myself in a professional manner. You can be assured your client will be well cared for.
