We were told a notary would be available all day, so we showed up and were told that she left. Husband told Kelly Webster what we were told, and he said "Too bad!" so my husband and I took our folder and left, and Kelly flipped us off, right in front of our child. We left, and a few seconds later he followed us out, chest puffed out and fists clenched and got in my husband's face. UPS Corp. is now investigating. Do NOT go into this store, the owner has anger management issues and is extremely rude.
