I took my UPS envelope to drop off. The owner an Idian guy scanned it and the next day I tried to track it but it wasnt scanned. I call this store and he said, "sorry maam the driver picked it up and we are not responsible" what the hell? He was NOT helpful at all and if you cant be responsible for UPS packages that are dropped of at YOUR UPS store then change your name to FED EX or something. I will NEVER go here again and I dont reccomend this type of crappy customer service to anyone!!
