Im sorry but this has to be the worst store in the UPS companys history.I used to use UPS for my business needs and unfortunately will not be beause of this store in Winter Haven thew owner on down to the clerk where completely racist and proved to me we still have bigots in our country.I think it's time for the owner Lori Anderson to wake up and stop with the racism and become part of the real world.I will tell all my business associates and they will tell their associates.Then because your the owner you say you dont need my kind of people that just goes to far for 2009.I
