Terrible customer service! Arrogant self-righteous pig headed idiots work and own the place. As soon as the littlest thing goes wrong, like them giving your package to someone else by mistake they don't lift a finger to help you, take no responsibility for their error, make up absurd excuses and in the end blame you for it! Even when you have a tracking number that proves the package was delivered! They tell you all they need is a tracking number to solve the problem, then you give it them, then they tell you they need another piece of information, like
