The line of customers waiting for service was just about out the door but the girl there felt that it was more important to chat away with her friend on her cell phone instead of taking care of us PAYING CUSTOMERS. As for the guy working there, well, somebody needs to give him a kick in the ass or a slap to the head to get him going. Talk about SLOW!! In the 15 minutes I wasted there he was only able to process 2, YES 2!!. packages. And they were both by the same person! Ridiculous! I walked out after 15 minutes of their BS and went to the UPS depot in Latham. I'll neve
