When getting ready to hang my American flag on my home, I discovered that it was too large and would block the front door. So I called and asked if they accept flags, he was very friendly as if we knew eachother, and even though he was not going to be at the office he gave me instructions to where to put it and he would get it when he came back. He made sure it was convenient for me as well as himself. Thank you to whoever your are that I spoke to. God Bless you!
