I was a repeat customer for years, using Advanced Door to replace 13 windows and 6 doors. I was happy with the Great Lake Windows (now Ply Gem) and Premier Doors, but after a few years one of my doorwall locks broke. For 2 months I was continually patched through to Chris' VM. He never returned a single phone call. When I finally refused to be put through to the VM again, I was finally told to go find a replacement lock myself. WHAT?! I can't even open the doorwall to get a serial number but that check has long been cashed and so Advanced doesn't care!
