I had a contract with Curves, which I fullfilled and continued for over a year. When I tried to cancel, it took cancelling my bank account to get them to stop taking autopayments out of my account. They said I had to fill out a cancellation form that they didn't even have any forms available. Avoid this branch of Curves like the plague!!!
