I have to say there are some negative comments about this dealership that I just do not understand. I bought my car three years ago from Bertera Chrysler and everything was great. After about 2 and a half years, I notice a clicking sound coming from the engine. I figured it was nothing but decided to take my car to Bertera just to make sure. I spoke with Kathy who was very nice and they brought the car in. Come to find out it was a lifter issue. It was covered but the car would be in the shop for at least 5 days.
