I got an old imac from this store many years ago (it is still running too) and anytime I ever had any problems with my computer all i had to do was call and everyone who answered the phone was polite and so helpful. My problems were fixed right away. No charge either, just polite helpful people. Nothing like try to call Dell...lol..I have dropped dell and gone back to my imac.
