Brought our car in for repairs. Our car was broken into, due to shop not locking it up at night. They refused to give us insurance information (they claimed that the information wasn't available when our agent called) and to make matters worse, tried to inflate the cost of repairs! Mr. Brandt was so rude when confronted about inflated costs and actually raised his voice at us, with other customers waiting in the same area. (The inflated costs were from their mechanic breaking another part during the repair, for which he admitted to and finally corrected the bill after e
