Everyone, as far as trainers, front desk and daycare staff makes you feel like part of a family...sales staff has changed constantly in the short time I’ve been a member, so it is annoying dealing with different people, giving different answers to the same questions. If you go, don't ask for the manager about memberships (forgot his name, but big, husky bald guy with a gap in his front teeth), he didn’t know ANYTHING about sales, customer service, the gym or how to talk about anything but himself really! He went on and on about how he just came from another gym in Hawaii or
