I would estimate that about 20% of the electronic machines are non-functioning at any given time. There is never a sign placed on the machines, people are left to come up, one after the other, and figure out that they don't work. The place is dirty. The service is terrible. I would go into more detail, but there is a limit to the characters for this review. The owner walks around with rose colored glasses on - he does not want to hear the truth about customer concerns.
