Thiensville Location - Servie Dept. Took our car there for the 4th time for an oil change. The last 3 visits explained that there was an abnormal noise coming from the rear & that it was exceptionally loud. First time I told them they said they looked but didn't "see" anything unusual and everything looked fine. The 2nd time I told them of the noise they I asked that a technician drive the car. They drove it both in town and on the freeway but heard nothing "unusual". Today I take it in and ask that they rotate the tires and look at the brakes too because the
