This is our home Pub. Irish Pubs are not bars in the American tradition, but rather family restaurants and bars where people socialize and enjoy the good food and drink. Not sure about "a monochrome" small town is, but we love our Pub and our town. Not very "monochrome" and awesome place to live. The staff is great and Jose, the chef, brings talent and a touch of Mexico to the menu in its corn beef and cabbage burrito, which is delicious.
