My experience doesn't even rate on the stars, I took my car there with a note detailing the work to be performed and stating that I would not pay for "extra" work. I received a phone call in the morning stating that the agreed upon price for the work had risen by over 250%, I asked them to then not doing any work to the car and stated I would be in later that afternoon to pick up the vehicle. Upon pick up I was charged for "diagnostic" work that was *NOT* asked for nor needed to perform the work to be done. I will never take anything back there or every
