In my opinion, based on my experience, Tom Wood lacks professionalism. He did not respond to emails promptly and sometimes not at all until you made contact with him again. This is worrisome when you are planning a wedding. Recently, I ordered bridal portraits of my daughter,(mid-December). I emailed and called him numerous times. My daughter finally messaged him via Facebook and he responded. This was around Feb. 20th. He told her his harddrive crashed and I was told that he did not back up his work!! As of now, her bridal portraits are gone forev
