Dr. Einsfield is a great doctor but her assistant there ( I forgot her name, but I think it's Mary ) is a terrible monster. If you are a minority, she will not treat you properly. There was a time when we were almost sent out just because we were staying in the waiting room. Where does she wants us ti stay? outside? If I were Dr. Einsfield, I would replace her. She is not a good asset to your practice.
