I was told by the owner that he would personally send someone to pick up my vehicle, unfortunately no one showed up. When I called back to check and see if anyone was coming, the assistant manager Kevin informed me that no one knew to come and get my vehicle. I told the guy to forget about it and I drove the vehicle to B&M myself. I was told by Kevin the repairs that needed to be done were minor and it shouldn't cost more than $800 dollars total cost.
