The house is incredibly cheeply made. There are massive cracks all over the walls that they refuse to fix, the doors don't even create a seal, so you pay so much extra to heat/cool the apartment, not to mention the massive amount of bugs that get in. Not to mention that there is no padding under the carpet, which lead to my cutting my feet to bleeding multiple times while climing the steps. My stove and also my icemaker in the freezer have been broken for 9 months and they refuse to fix it no matter how many times I call. Also, the staff is beyond terr
