The owners are friendly and competent. The store is well stocked and, under the unlikely circumstance that something isn't in-stock, it will be ordered for you. I would say, the only downfall would be their lack of sales, but it's understandable to a degree and it compensates in many ways. Much like other gaming stores, the store is split into the gaming area (with it's own door (;) and the merchandise area, yet, unlike the many gaming stores: there are rules posted and followed, mostly.
