I called Nature's Pantry searching for a hard-to-find herbal supplement. At first the young lady who answered the phone couldn't find it, but she took down my name and number. Ten minutes later she called me back to let me know that she had found it in capsules, but I wanted the liquid. She told me that the store manager would be in shortly and that she would have her call me. 13 minutes later, the manager called me to let me know that she had found the extract in liquid form and let me know the price. The employees were very friendly and helpful, got back to me in a timely
